The invention also discloses the efficacies of the indicated Lactobacillus strain including anti-oxidative enzyme activity, anti-inflammation, reduction of blood glucose level, reduction of triglycerides, reduction of total cholesterol, reduction of LDL, increase of HDL and improve insulin utilization.
