The electrical-mechanical energy conversion element is formed of a piezoelectric material in which, in a usage temperature range of the piezoelectric device, a piezoelectric constant decreases along with temperature rise. A supporting member that supports the elastic member is formed of a material in which, in the usage temperature range of the piezoelectric device, Q value increases along with temperature rise.
