A knee-spacing garment assembly provides space between knees of a user using wedges that remain in place while the user changes position. The assembly includes a main section having a front portion coupled to a back portion. The main section has a top opening. Each of a pair of pant legs has an open top end coupled to the main section and an open bottom end positioned opposite an associated one of the top ends. The main section and the pant legs define a garment. A pocket is coupled to each of the pant legs. The pockets are coupled to an inner side of an exterior surface of the pant legs. A wedge is positioned in each of the pockets wherein the wedges are configured to facilitate spacing between the user's knees when the wedges are positioned in the pockets and the garment is worn on the user's lower body.
