When the electrostatic capacity detected by the water leakage detection unit (60) is greater than or equal to a threshold value A and less than a threshold value B, the CPU (49) continues to interrupt the power supply until a time T1 elapses, and when the electrostatic capacity detected by the water leakage detection unit (60) is equal to or greater than the threshold value B, said CPU continues to interrupt the power supply until a time T2 which is longer than the time T1 elapses.
