At least one vertical g-force value is calculated in real time based on the plurality of aircraft parameters. A lateral g-force value is calculated in real time based on the plurality of aircraft parameters. The at least one vertical g-force value is displayed relative to at least one predetermined vertical reference value. The lateral g-force value is displayed relative to at least one predetermined lateral reference value.
