It is an object of the invention to provide an effective technique for achieving a smooth driving operation with a driving power tool for driving a driving material into a workpiece. A representative driving power tool for driving a driving material into a workpiece is provided with a coil spring, an operating member. The power tool fixer includes a rotating element that rotates in a normal direction it the spring force of the coil spring as the drive member drives the coil spring, an outer edge of the rotating element, an engaging member and a lock avoiding mechanism.
