The torus 3 has a shape such that a radial direction dimension is longer than an axial dimension thereof, and a longitudinal axis t1 is inclined away from a straight line P perpendicular to a rotational axis such that a radially outer portion of the longitudinal axis t1 is closer toward the engine than a radially inner portion thereof.
