A baseball practicing apparatus includes two opposite upright frames, two opposite longitudinal rods mounted between the upright frames and provided with a plurality of first emitters and a plurality of first receivers respectively, and two opposite transverse rods mounted between the upright frames and provided with a plurality of second emitters and a plurality of second receivers respectively.
