An improved writing implement holder adapted to be removably attached to headwear having a headband. The writing implement holder has an attaching member connected to a holding member to form a channel for holding a writing implement. The attaching member has a hook portion adapted for insertion into the headband of headwear, thereby removably securing the device to the headwear.
