The system includes a network establishing terminal that includes a command creation function and at least one server device that provides a virtual machine environment in which a virtual machine operates, wherein the network establishing terminal automatically creates at least one command that is used to establish a network in the virtual machine environment based on network design information and information regarding the virtual machine environment.
