As the inner housing is rotated at a predetermined interval by the driving unit, the first inlet is connected to one or both of the first outlet or the second outlet, the second inlet is connected to one of the third outlet or the fourth outlet, and the third inlet is connected to one or both of the fifth outlet and or the sixth outlet.
