The battery module includes a bracket, a battery disposed on the bracket, and a cladding layer wrapping around the battery. The housing assembly is a hollow structure, and the battery module, the control panel, and the lighting assembly are disposed in the housing assembly. The light guide assembly is connected to the lighting assembly. The transparent cover is disposed on the housing assembly; a position of the transparent cover corresponds to that of the light guide assembly. The battery module is electrically connected to the control panel, and the lighting assembly is electrically connected to the control panel; and the housing assembly including a hole for fixing a waterproof joint.
