The tool bit includes a working end portion having a shape configured to correspond with a recess of a fastener for the working end portion to engage and drive the fastener. The working end portion includes a first segment and a second segment. The first segment is located between the second segment and the drive portion. The first segment is composed of the first material. The second segment is fixed to the first segment at a connection interface. The second segment is composed of a second material different than the first material.
