The method includes: detecting whether to enter a video enhancement configuration mode in response to displaying a video playback interface; displaying a sliding control on the video playback interface in response to being detected to enter the video enhancement configuration mode; acquiring a target video enhancement parameter in response to a sliding operation acting on the sliding control; and performing video enhancement of a video playback interface played on the video playback interface based on the target video enhancement parameter.
