A top support extends between the first support and the second support. The top support extends over an optical element and includes a surface adjacent to the optical element. A second cross member defining one or more openings between the first cross member and the first and second supports. An optical element supported by said housing between said first support and said second support. A reticle is displayed on the optical element.
