Another object of the present invention is to provide a controlled-release preparation characterized by containing 2-{4-[N-(5,6-diphenylpyrazin-2-yl)-N-isopropylamino]butyloxy}-N-(methylsulfonyl)acetamide, a water-soluble polymer, a functional starch, and an alkaline substance, and having a pH of 10 or more.
