The self-capacitive touch substrate includes a display area, a peripheral area, the plurality of self-capacitive touch electrodes disposed in the display area, and a plurality of touch electrode lead connected to the self-capacitive touch electrodes. The plurality of the self-capacitive touch electrodes are disposed in groups. The self-capacitive touch substrate further includes a thin film transistor switching circuit and a self-capacitive touch electrode lead in the peripheral area.
