The first device may have a first operation mode and a second operation mode. The one or more first parameters may include a duration of the first operation mode and a duration of the second operation mode. One or more second parameters relating to a second device may be determined. The second device may have a third operation mode. The one or more second parameters relating to the second device may include a duration of the third operation mode. A connection between the first device and the second device may be established based on the one or more first parameters and the one or more second parameters.
