A first end portion of the connecting rod is fixedly connected to the footrest part, and a second end portion of the connecting rod is fixedly connected to the seat cushion. A first end portion of the pull belt is fixedly connected to the footrest part, and a second end portion of the pull belt is connected to the hanging part.
