The method includes establishing, for the first and second games, a competitive gaming session between the first gaming device and the second gaming device. The method includes determining possible payouts for the gaming session based on the first and second customized rules. The method includes applying the first customized rules to play the first game on the first gaming device to generate first customized game play information, and applying the second customized rules to play the second game on the second gaming device to generate second customized game play information.
