The control part is configured to control driving of the motor. The control part is configured to set rotation speed of the motor based on first information and second information. The first information corresponds to rotational energy of the flywheel before the driving operation of the driver. The second information corresponds to rotational energy of the flywheel after the driving operation of the driver.
