The keyboard decorative panel includes a first cover, a second cover, and a flexible member connected between the first cover and the second cover. The flexible member has flexibility. The first cover bends relative to the second cover because of the flexible member. Therefore, the notebook computer and the keyboard decorative panel thereof enhance the ease of changing the keyboard module.
