A plant transportation system includes a vase and a sealant receptacle. The vase includes a mouth, a throat and a reservoir. The sealant receptacle is housed in the throat. The sealant receptacle closes the throat from allowing items therethrough except through the sealant receptacle. The sealant receptacle is configured to allow stems therethrough, and retentively hold sealant therein all around occupant stems from the top and from the bottom.
