The host device may communicate with the SD emulator card using standard SD protocol. The SD emulator card may communicate with a portable storage device using a standard communication protocol. The host device may operate as if the SD emulator card were an SD card. However, the data captured by the host device may be stored on the portable storage device. The portable storage device may be a wearable device.
