A first strap having a first proximal end affixed to the pocket first and a first distal end and a second strap having a second proximal end affixed to the pocket and a second distal end. The first and second straps are configured to crisscross each other, and the first distal end is configured to pass through the first slot and the second distal end is configured to pass through the second slot.
