The amplifier assembly further includes a second antenna, and a printed circuit board (PCB) assembly fixed to the body. The PCB assembly includes a PCB, an amplifier mounted on the PCB, a first transmission line coupled to the first antenna and to the amplifier, and a second transmission line coupled to the second antenna and to the amplifier.
