Users can create their own avatar by minting a companion on the platform. The Nemesis contains 8,000 NFT collectibles living on the Ethereum blockchain. Users of the platform can be players, creators, or metaverse owners. Players need to obtain a Companion to use as an avatar in The Nemesis. Companions can be bought on OpenSea, and players have a choice of buying one or a bundle of five. Companions are generated with a mix of over 137 attributes, and players get random Companions when they buy them on OpenSea.Once a user has obtained a companion, they can reserve their land in the metaverse and have access to lands prior to the sales actually taking place.

Players can use fiat currency or cryptocurrency to obtain the platform's currency, NEMS. The currency can be used within the games to improve the player's experience by enabling them to customize their avatar further with accessories and buy equipment to help them power up. NEMs can be used in various other situations as well.
