T3 Accelerator

The T3 Accelerator is a transition accelerator focused on creating a small business ecosystem for the United States Air Force and the commercialization of technologies. Participants of the program do not give up company's equity and intellectual property. They can receive $35,000 in funding to offset costs and expenses and are given an opportunity to a Phase II SBIR award, which can be up to $1.5 million and is non-dilutive.

The accelerator is presented by the Wright Brothers Institute, The Entrepreneurs Center, Air Force SBIR/STTR, and the Air Force Research Laboratory. Experts from each other these institutes are part of the accelerator program.

The 10 week program offers participants:

• curated content relevant to specific topics and customers
• customer discovery and business model creation for success in the military and commercial sectors
• workshops and guest speakers to encourage collaborative group-learning sessions; training in pitching and conveying value to customers
• timelines for testing assumptions based on live customer feedback and mentorship
