Sergey Gvardeitsev

Sergey Gvardeytsev, a graduate of the Faculty of Applied Mathematics and Informatics of the Belarusian State University, creates the company Itransition. Until 2005, it exists within the framework of the Belhard holding Igor Mamonenko. After exiting the structure of Belhard, the rapid growth of business begins, the company becomes one of the largest employers in the Hi-Tech Park, and is one of the leaders in the Russian IT market. Since the beginning of the 2010s, the business has been actively developing in the American market.
