Born March 20, 1975 in Kemerovo. In 1997 he graduated with honors from the Faculty of Law of the Kemerovo State University. In 2003 he defended his Ph.D. thesis at the Institute of International Law and Economics. A. S. Griboyedov in Moscow
In 1997-2000 he worked as the head of a number of commercial structures, and. about. director for legal and general issues of the Kuznetsk Metallurgical Plant.
In 2000, he received the status of a lawyer and, with two partners, founded the Regionservice law office of the Kemerovo Regional Bar Association, which in 2003 was transformed into a non-profit organization Regionservice Bar Association, which has branches in several regions (Tomsk, Tyumen, Yekaterinburg, Moscow). In 2003, he was elected co-chairman, and in 2008 - chairman of the collegium, which he leads to the present.
