Rustam Minnikhanov

Rustam Minnikhanov was born on March 1, 1957, in Tatarstan. He is a politician and economist, currently employed by the Government of Russia. Minnikhanov holds Russian citizenship and is a native of Tatarstan. He is married to Gulsina Minnikhanova.

Minnikhanov is known for having held various positions in the government, such as First Deputy Head of Administration, Head of Administration, Minister of Finance, Prime Minister, and President. He was educated at the Russian State University of Trade and Economics.
