On May 18, 2016 Runa Capital completed raising money for their second investment fund with $135 million in capital. The firm is planning on using their second fund to invest in American and European technology companies. The co-founder and managing partner of Runa Capital, Dmitry Chikhachev, made the following statement regarding the firms second fund:

The new fund logically follows our development over the past years. While Runa Capital I dedicated a part of its means to early-stage series, now we fully focus on more mature companies. We will support those who aim to gain significant shares on highly competitive markets.

Fund III

On July 11, 2019 Runa Capital announced raising $70 million in funding for its third venture capital fund. The firm plan on using the funds to make early stage investments in 'deep-tech', according to an article published by TechCrunch.
