Pen Link produced a product called PLX, a software intended for law enforcement, that is capable of monitoring social media, emails, phone conversations, and various other internet communications. PLX is considered to be an investigative tool. PLX analyzes and stores large amounts of data and additionally catalogs information by relatedness including cell phone location records using global positioning to plot cell phone usage data and individual tracking.

Pen Link also developed an app called PenPoint to allow users to continue tracking and monitoring gathered data from their mobile devices. PenPoint is currently available in both Apple and GooglePlay Stores.
