ParaSpace

ParaSpace is a decentralized lending protocol that allows users to borrow and lend against non-fungible and fungible tokens, enabling them to use the capital to fund further investments and earn yields. The platform's goal is to offer users customizability on which assets they may borrow or borrow against and on what terms.

ParaSpace supports peer-to-pool lending. Users can deposit their ERC-721 and ERC-20 assets on the protocol to use as collateral for borrowing and earning yields. ERC-20 tokens supplied get a share of interest paid by the borrowers of those assets.

A user can borrow from a pool of ERC-20 tokens against ERC-721 non-fungible tokens and/or ERC-20 tokens as collateral. Borrowers are able to hold their positions as long as the value of collateral keeps their account in good health, and they can repay their loan over time. ParaSpace is built and operates on the Ethereum blockchain.
