Paolo Negro (born April 16, 1972) is an Italian former football player and current manager. He was born in Arzignano, Italy, and holds Italian citizenship. Negro is known for playing as a defender during his football career.
He received several awards throughout his career, including the Knight of the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic. Negro was also a part of the European Youth Champion team in 1994. He won the Italian Cup three times, in 1998, 2000, and 2004, the Italian Super Cup twice, in 1998 and 2000, and became an Italian Champion in 2000 . In 1999, he was a Winners' Cup Winner.
Later, Negro transitioned to a football management role after retiring as a player. He is currently employed by the Unione Sportiva Latina Calcio. His managerial career led him to Latina in Madrid, where he is now based.
