ONE (Ocean Network Express Pte. Ltd.) is a major new global container shipping company, that comes to market in 2018, and will offer an extensive liner network service portfolio covering over 100 countries internationally. It’s key focus will be on enhanced service and innovation, supported by a highly professional and experienced staff organization with a strong financial balance sheet.
ONE emerged from the legacy of three Japanese liner companies, who historically prided themselves on high level service quality and process excellence. These characteristics, which we highly cherish, are also the founding core principles of ONE. The new company’s global headquarters will be in Singapore, to further enhance its intended strong international trading presence. With a global fleet of over 250 vessels, active participation in all major global trade lanes, deployment of the latest IT systems and an extensive terminal ownership portfolio. ONE positions itself as being “large enough to survive, but still small enough to care”.

Business Integration of container shipping by three Japanese shipping companies.
Ocean Network Express was established on July 7, 2017 by the integration of 'K' Line, MOL and NYK.
The Holding company was set up in Japan on July 7th 2017 and simultaneously a business management company was established in Singapore.
Regional headquarters have been established in Hong Kong, Singapore, UK, USA and Brazil and services commenced in April 2018.
In April 2017, 'K' Line, MOL and NYK, started services as "THE Alliance" with other major shipping companies.
Ocean Network Express will continue to provide services as an alliance member.
In addition to this alliance, we are continuing to further strengthen our services to Asia, Latin America and Africa regions.
We will further expand the number of ports in the future to Asia, North America, Europe, the Mediterranean Sea and the Middle East, also planning to expand our direct service to perform a wide service coverage.
Our fleet size is 1,611,060 TEU which is the 6th largest in the world (as of September 2021). Operations will be performed through a fleet of 220 vessels, including 46 super-large ships, such as the world largest 20,000TEU container-ships, in a service network covering over 106 countries around the world.
