Biography
Childhood, early work (1985–2002)
Ivan Alexandrovich Alekseev was born on March 9, 1985 in the city of Yartsevo, Smolensk region. Alekseev's mother is a chemist, and his father is a musician. In 1994, the parents divorced. From the age of 8-9, Ivan began to write his first poems, and at the age of 10 he became interested in music. In the winter of 1995-1996 he entered the music school, classical guitar class. A year later, together with his mother, he moved to the city of Belgorod, where he twice won the regional competition for classical guitar performers: in 1998 and 2000.
Being a fan of guitar rock music, at the age of 13 Ivan formed his first band. In the early 2000s, Ivan Alekseev was noted in the "Levers of Machines" group as a bassist and backing vocalist. The Nirvana group had a strong influence on creativity of Ivan. The surge of The Prodigy's popularity soon did not leave Ivan indifferent. Impressed by the composition "Diesel Power (ft. Kool Keith)", he tries to write a rap, while continuing to play the guitar in a rock band.
Together with a classmate Arkady, known under the pseudonym "Adik 228", Ivan participated in the local hip-hop group V.I.P., which quickly gained local popularity due to active performances at the venues of the Belgorod region. When interest in the project dried up, classmates Noize MC and Adik formed the Face2Face rap duet. The group participated in many regional festivals, competitions and concerts, successfully performed at the international festival in Kharkov.
In 2001 Ivan graduated from a music school, and in 2002 he graduated from a general education school with a gold medal. In the same summer, the musician entered the Russian State Humanitarian University, in connection with which he was forced to leave the group and move to Moscow.
Formation (2003-2006)
Having settled in a student campus at the Russian State Humanitarian University, Ivan Alekseev took up solo work. In 2003, he organized the alternative rock band "Protivo Gunz", all of whose members were nonresident students of the Russian State Humanitarian University. It was in the university dormitory, according to the artist himself, that he honed his freestyle skills, reading them to an acoustic guitar at student parties. The vast majority of Noize MC and Protivo Gunz demo tracks, which became popular among the youth thanks to the Internet, were also composed and recorded there.
In the period from 2003 to 2005, Noize MC participated in various freestyle battles and other club and network hip-hop competitions, where he regularly won prizes, and the "Protivo Gunz" group toured the Moscow region, performing in recreation centers, clubs, bars and outdoor venues.
In March 2005, Noize MC defeated the famous rapper MC Molodoy in the final battle held as part of the Snickers Guru Klan street culture festival, and received an invitation from the organizers to become the host and judge of the Chel-out site of another major street festival - Snickers Urbania.
In May of the same year, Ivan Alekseev moved from the campus of the Russian State Humanitarian University to a rented room on the Arbat. During this time, the Protivo Gunz group regularly performed street concerts, some of which were interrupted by police officers.
Two years in a row, in 2005 and 2006, Noize MC traveled around the country with the Snickers Urbania team and used the proceeds to record studio material, some of which were released in various rap collections. In the summer of 2006, Noize MC signed a contract with the rap label "Respect Production" as a solo artist, but did not stop working with "Protivo Gunz". September 9, 2006 the group becomes the winner of the all-Russian competition "Urban Sound".

Ivan played Igor Glushko, a high school student, a young musician who moved to Moscow from the Tyumen region after the death of his parents.
