Neura is a company that developed an artificial intelligence that aims to transform a user's real-world behavior through engagement in live, and actionable insights. The company was founded in 2013 by Gilad Meiri, Ori Shaashua, and Triinu Magi, in San Francisco.

Neura helps companies reach their customers at specific and impactful times for the company through mobile apps and other internet device platforms. The platform is based on a machine learning algorithm that analyzes user experiences. Neura's software is capable of learning individual's routines down to when it expects users to sleep and work. The platform is also capable of being responsible for learning up to 55 devices and how the user interacts with each one, including smartwatches, smartphones, laptops, etc.
