This is a dupe of https://golden.com/wiki/Nervana_Systems-ZN44ZE Intel acquired Nervana Systems in 2016 but there is nothing that says a new subsidiary called "Intel Nervana" was formed. Furthermore all the social links, funding rounds, etc are for Nervana Systems.
