Near's product CARBON is a software platform that lets its clients select data attributes like brand affinity, home location, dwell time, distance traveled, and others. The company also provides Vista, an insight-as-a-service platform offering data, analytics, and insights on places that are important to businesses. Near's product Allspark aims to streamline marketing with artificial intelligence by providing audience curation and visualization.

Near gathers data from different sets of data partners like data aggregators, app partners, Wi-Fi partners, public hotspots, census data sets, and regional data partners across markets. It then takes the raw and unstructured data signals and puts them into context through an addition of data science. This allows Near’s customers to understand the behavior of users not only based on the places they are visiting, but the behavior they portray in the real world. Near has clients including, but not limited to Mastercard, WeWork, and BCG.
