Some of the fields (ex, "сrunchbase", "Investments", "partnerships", "parent organization") contain data which corresponds to Nasdaq Ventures, a subsidiary of Nasdaq. This makes the "Nasdaq, Inc" a duplicate (here, it's indicated as a parent organization - https://golden.com/wiki/Nasdaq%2C_Inc.-GZEZ3P)
