Nafsika Antypas

Nafsika Antypas (born February 25, 1977), is a Greek-Canadian TV host, writer, and producer. She is the creator and host of the first television vegan lifestyle series Plant-Based by Nafsika. She is the founder of the non-profit organization People Against Violence and vegan food brand, Nafsika’s Garden.
