Massimo Dutti is a manufacturer of clothing for women and men. The brand was established in 1985 by Armando Lasauca in Barcelona, and in 1991, it was acquired by Inditex Group. Inditex is a Spanish multinational clothing firm that also owns Zara, Pull and Bear, Bershka, Stradivarius, Oysho, Zara Home, and Uterqüe.

Massimo Dutti has about 700 stores in sixty-nine countries. At its inception, the brand was created solely for men's fashion. In 1995, the brand included urban and casual women's fashion to its lines. The company's offerings include dresses and jumpsuits, skirts, trousers, denim, shoes, accessories, jumpers and cardigans, coats and jackets, blazers, skirts, Polo and formal shirts, bags, and purses.

In 2003, the brand included a kids' line called Massimo Dutti Boys and Girls. It also included accessories and entrant fragrances. The brand's fragrance division is marketed by Puig Company, while others are in-house, with the Massimo Dutti and/or Inditel teams. The brand sells its products online and in brick-and-mortar stores.
