Main article: Skills (Mass Effect 3)
In Mass Effect 3 there will be more freedom in the choice of skills. You can take absolutely any skill, it will be given for the positive dialogues with your companions.
The maximum level of your character in Mass Effect 3 is 60. When importing a character from Mass Effect 2, his level, character and skills will be preserved.
Exploration has been lightened compared to part 2. Now you need to scan planets from space, and if there is any artifact on the planet, you just need to launch a probe from orbit. Resources, as in the second part, are no longer available.
Mass Effect 3 supports Kinect controller for Xbox 360. With it the player will be able to give voice commands (in the English version of the game) to his partners and say the phrases of the dialogue.
In Mass Effect 3 you'll be able to choose three gameplay styles: Role Playing - traditional Mass Effect style, Action - style with emphasis on battles and answers in dialogues will be chosen automatically (Hero and Apostate will alternate), Story - simplified battles for those who want to focus on the role component of Mass Effect.
