Luma Partners is an American investment bank that provides strategic advice, private capital, and public financial services to businesses that specialize in media and technology.

The company has a three step approach to investment banking. First, Luma Partners acknowledge the way traditional investment banking works, using a broad sell-side auction process and deliberately veer away from that approach, leading to step two of the process: strategic approach. The team at Luma Partners regularly interact with the decision makers of technology acquirers to provide advice in areas such as strategy and target selection. The final step in the company's process is to buy, and not sell, companies.

Luma Partners takes into consideration the power that marketing gives to a company. In 2010, Terence Kawaja designed a LUMAscape with 150 logos in order to use it as a reference point for marketing campaigns. Upon development over the years, there are now multiple LUMAscapes that can be utilized for different purposes.
