In harsh conditions, among the consequences of the war of the gods and constant cataclysms, the inhabitants of the two continents are forced to constantly fight for their lives and well-being. The Russian edition of Lineage 2 was released 5 years later: the first servers of the game were launched on December 15, 2008.
Game process
Lineage 2 is a classic MMORPG with a third-person view. At the beginning, the player is asked to create a character by choosing gender, one of the 7 races (people, elves, dark elves, orcs, dwarves, cameael or artaeus) and the initial archetype (warrior or mystic). After that, player enters the open world in which he will develop the character.
Game performance
In Lineage 2, the player can perform quests, fight monsters, kill raid bosses, pass dungeons, etc. For this, the character will gain experience, and when accumulating a certain amount of it, increase his level. When reaching levels 20, 40, 76 and 85, the character develops his class - gets a new profession and skills. There are 36 class professions in the game, which belong to the classic role-playing archetypes. By increasing the character's level to 105th, the player can create a second class for him. It will also have to be developed. Subsequently, it will allow you to switch between the double and the main class, based on the needs and style of play.
FUN
A major part of Lineage II gameplay is the combat. Monsters can be found outside of Towns on the hunting fields or deep inside underground dungeons. When the player defeats a monster, their character gets XP and SP to help them level up and learn new skills.Players can also fight other players through a PvP system.
Death
If a player's character dies in battle, they are given the option to resurrect in the nearest town or village. They can also wait for another player to resurrect them with a Resurrection scroll or spell. Resurrecting in the nearest town will costs a fraction of the XP gained, which grows exponentially with level. Resurrection spells and elite scrolls generally restore some of the lost experience.
