Lea Thompson

Lea Thompson, born as Lea Katherine Thompson on May 31, 1961, is an American ballet dancer, director, producer, actress, television producer, and film director. She was born in Rochester, Minnesota and holds United States citizenship.

Thompson is the mother of two children, Zoey Deutch and Madelyn Deutch. She was educated at Marshall-University High School.

Throughout her career, Thompson has received various awards, including the American Movie Awards, People's Choice Awards, Young Artist Awards, Satellite Awards, Kids' Choice Awards, and Saturn Awards. Thompson directed the film, Jane Doe: Eye of the Beholder.
