Keybase is a security application for mobile phones and computers. It is open source and powered by public-key cryptography.

It is a key directory mapping the social media identities to encryption keys. It offers Keybase Chat, an end-to-end encrypted chat and Keybase filesystem, a cloud storage system. Files placed in the public portion of the filesystem are served from a public endpoint.

Keybase supports Twitter, GitHub, Facebook, Reddit and Hacker News identities to encryption keys, along with Bitcoin and Zcash wallet addresses.
