• This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how the Keplr Browser Extension (the “Extension”), the Keplr Web App available at https://wallet.keplr.app (the “Web App”), and the official Keplr web site available at https://keplr.app (the “Site”) provided by Chainapsis Inc. (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, uses, shares, and stores personal information of users using the Extension, the Web App, and the Site (collectively the “Services”).

• By downloading and/or using the Services provided by us, you agree to all relevant terms and conditions outlined in this Policy and, if applicable, our Terms of Use for all relevant Services. You also agree to our collection, use, disclosure, and retention of your information as outlined with this Policy. Please also review our terms of use if applicable. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THIS POLICY OR OUR TERMS OF USE, YOU MAY NOT USE ANY OF THE SERVICES.

• This Policy does not apply to information collected through third-party services that you may access with or through the Services, and also personal information that you transmit to us over email, text message, other kinds of electronic messages, or offline transmission.

2. Data Controller

• Chainapsis Inc., a South Korean private company limited by shares, is the controller and responsible for your personal data while using the Services.

3. What we collect

• We collect the following personal data while using the Services, which may be used to identify you by third parties:

• (a) While using the Web App
• (i) Public wallet address on a specified blockchain
• (ii) Signed responses with your own private key. Note that your private keys themselves never leave your own computer, and that we never collect this information.
• (iii) Which validator(s) that you have staked to, and the amount of tokens staked.

4. Use of personal information

We use your personal information to:

• (i) Provide you with core functionality of the Services;
• (ii) Comply with appropriate law enforcement;
• (iii) Optimize the Services we provide;
• (iv) Fraud protection and safety.
• All required information is always collected under your consent.

5. International transfers

1. While using the Web App, your data may be stored in servers located in the Republic of Korea, United States, European Union, and Singapore, owned and operated by Amazon Web Services, Inc., a United States corporation.
2. Your data also may be transmitted to servers directly owned and operated by Chainapsis Inc., a South Korean limited company, located in the Republic of Korea.
3. Companies in contract with Chainapsis Inc. (the Company) to develop, operate and manage the Services in behalf of the Company may be able to access your information for the purpose of developing and operating the Services. Those companies may be based in the Republic of Korea.
4.
