As Executive Vice President of Marketing, Jennette Landrum leads New American Funding’s marketing department. Jennette was the company’s first marketing hire in 2009 and has since grown the department into a complete in-house marketing agency that is tasked with continuing to strengthen New American Funding’s position as a leader in the housing industry.
Jennette is both the generator and gatekeeper of New American Funding’s marketing efforts, overseeing all aspects of traditional marketing, branding, digital, analytics, and technology development. Her department includes nine teams of more than 40 employees, including digital, social media, design, video, content/editorial, technology, branch marketing support, in-house print shop, and administration.
Jennette and her team focus on making the company as successful as possible for both business-to-business and direct-to-consumer business units. Their efforts include digital and traditional marketing and advertising, developing targeted marketing strategies, building marketing and business technologies to support retail sales, online relevance, and production.
Jennette’s critical role at New American Funding has led to repeated recognition for her and her team’s efforts. Jennette was previously honored with the prestigious Gold Stevie American Business Awards for Marketing Executive of the Year and a Bronze Stevie in the same category the following year. Her department won the Silver Stevie Award for Marketing Department of the Year once and the Bronze Stevie Award twice.
